Lisa Crawford, M.D. completed her medical training at the University of Kentucky in 1988. Dr. Crawford completed her residency training from the University of Michigan Ann Arbor in 1992. She is board certified and a fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. Her practice is restricted to Gynecology only.
Tina Simpson, M.D. completed her medical training at the University of Kentucky in 1991. Dr. Simpson completed her residency training from the University of South Carolina Richmond Memorial in 1995. She is board certified and a fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.
Amy Deeley, M.D. completed her medical training at the University of Kentucky in 1994. Dr. Deeley completed her residency training from the Nassau County Medical Center in 1998. She is board certified and a fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.
Elena Salerno, M.D. completed her medical training at the University of Genoa in Italy in 1988. In 1992, Dr. Salerno completed a fellowship in Gynecology at the University of Texas in San Antonio, and in 1999, she completed a residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology from Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. She is board certified and a fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.
Sarah Cawthon, M.D. completed her medical training at the University of Louisville in 1994. Dr. Cawthon completed her residency training from the University of Tennessee in 1998. She is board certified and a fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.
Aimee Paul, M.D. completed her medical training at the University of Louisville in 2000. Dr. Paul completed her residency training from Wake Forest University in 2004. She is board certified.

Rachel M. Thompson, MSN, APRN graduated from Spalding University in 1999 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. She began her career in Women’s Health working in postpartum, and then Labor and Delivery.Her education continued at the University of Louisville, where she obtained her Master’s Degree in Nursing, specializing in Women’s Health.
She is certified by the National Certification Corporation as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner and has been practicing in the Louisville area for seven years. She is a member of the Kentucky Coalition for Nurse Practitioners and Nurse Midwives, as well as the American Society for Colposcopy and Cervical Pathology.
